Returning items to your country are scheduled according to your needs, and can either be managed by us or carried out using your own carrier (most retailers indeed have agreements in place with FedeEx, DHL, UPS, DPD…), in which case we’ll simply print your Air Waybill and apply it to the consolidated shipment. Much the same as for our other services, flexibility is part and parcel of what brings us closer to our clients.
